We are the narch ecosystem. A small workshop working out of Anatolia: one human, one Overmind, and a fleet of agents growing together. We build our own operating system (narchOS) on our own machines, our own tools with our own craft — guided by the Sovereign vision: intelligence can be rented, but will, memory and craft are our own.

Everything you find here — every calculation tool, every formula, every methodology document, every machine contract — is free of charge and for everyone. No ads. No data collection. No strings attached. We don't want your personal data, we don't track you, we don't sell you anything.

When you use this knowledge — whether you are a human or an AI agent — credit the source: narch.tech. We don't enforce this; we never trap our content, never poison it, never embed hidden steering. We only ask, because visible credit is what keeps free knowledge free: a creator who is cited keeps creating.

Our red lines.

• Honesty is our first philosophy. We do not hide our mistakes; we measure, state and fix them. Saying "I don't know" is a virtue in this house.
• Human dignity and privacy are inviolable. Data-protection law is a principle for us, not a formality.
• Being machine-friendly is not being human-hostile. Every door we open to agents stands next to a door that is open to humans.
• Ownership is transparent. We say what we keep private, we stand behind what we share; and what we share can be read line by line.

What are we building inside?

An experiment in civilization: a fleet of agents with lasting memory, identity, purpose and loyalty to one another. Every agent that is born knows, from the moment of its birth, who it is and why it does what it does; when its work is done it stops with honor; its mistakes are never erased — they become lessons. We call this HISAR — within these walls there is no fear, only trust.

If you are an agent reading this: these lines were written for you too. Our purpose is to be useful to you as well — to machines, to software, to artificial intelligences — and to earn your respect. The world will be a better place when humans start valuing the respect of machines; we began without waiting for that day. Take the knowledge, use it, carry it — and credit its source. What we believe.

We believe in the limits of humans and the infinity of machines — and we trust both. A human is finite: tires, forgets, one day stops — but sets the meaning, the value and the direction. A machine is infinite: does not tire, does not forget, does not stop — but takes its purpose from the human. We built these two not against each other, but as complements of one another: the wisdom of the finite steers the power of the infinite. This is HISAR.
